1 General Terms

bbd baji is an online gaming and sports betting platform. By accessing this website, creating an account, or using any of its services, members agree to abide by all the rules and terms described below. These terms constitute a legal agreement between bbd baji and the member.

bbd baji reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms take effect as soon as they are published on this page. It is the member's responsibility to visit this page regularly and stay informed of the latest terms.

These terms are written in Bengali. If any translation or version in another language exists, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use bbd baji's services, a member must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Anyone under this age is strictly prohibited from opening or using an account. bbd baji may temporarily suspend any account until proper age verification is completed.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each member may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, the same household, the same device, or the same IP address is prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed and funds held may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

The name, mobile number, date of birth, and any other details provided at registration must be completely truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information will result in the immediate closure of the account.

2.4 Account Security

The member is fully responsible for keeping their password and login details secure. Any unauthorized access to the account or any security concern must be reported to the bbd baji support team immediately.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

bbd baji may request necessary documents to verify a member's identity and age. This may include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other valid proof of identity.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the verification process is complete. bbd baji reserves the right to request re-verification at any time if needed. Information provided will be stored and used in accordance with bbd baji's Privacy Policy.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits at bbd baji: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch Bangla Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Time

The same methods are available for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawals are generally made through the same method used for the deposit. bbd baji reserves the right to request additional verification for unusual transactions.

4.4 Use of Account Balance

Funds held in the account may only be used for placing bets on the bbd baji platform. No interest is paid on this balance. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts over an extended period, and the member will be notified in advance.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus funds, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000, and to withdraw the bonus, a wagering of ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be completed. Bonus funds are not direct cash; they cannot be withdrawn before the specified wagering requirement is met.

5.2 Weekly and Special Bonuses

bbd baji offers several promotions including a weekly deposit gift, slots festival bonus, cricket deposit reward, birthday special reward, and refer-a-friend reward. Each promotion has its own wagering requirements, validity period, and maximum limit. The applicable terms are detailed on the relevant promotion page.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may be claimed only once, unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• If the original deposit is withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, the associated bonus will be cancelled.
• If bbd baji detects abuse of a promotion, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.
• The maximum bet amount may be limited while a bonus is active.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. After an event or game begins, the outcome of the bet will be determined according to the applicable rules. If a game or event remains incomplete due to a technical issue, bbd baji reserves the right to void or recalculate the related bet.

6.2 Sports Betting

Different rules apply to each type of sport in sports betting. bbd baji sets the minimum and maximum bet amounts for cricket, football, and other events. In situations such as venue changes, abandoned matches, or postponements, bet settlement will follow the rules of the relevant sport.

6.3 Live Casino and Slots

Results in live casino and slot games are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RTP and payout rules for each game are set by the game provider. If a game or round remains incomplete due to a technical fault, that round will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.

7 Responsible Gaming

bbd baji believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, and is committed to ensuring it does not have a negative impact on any member's life. All members are encouraged to play within their financial means.

bbd baji's Responsible Gaming section contains information on setting deposit limits, self-exclusion, and support resources. Any member who feels that gaming is causing problems in their personal or financial life is encouraged to contact the bbd baji support team.

Allowing anyone under the age of 21 to use this platform is strictly prohibited. Parents and guardians are advised to limit their children's access to their devices.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bbd baji platform:

• Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means (bonus abuse).
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of promotional offers.
• Accessing another member's account without authorisation.
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving in an abusive manner towards other members or staff.
• Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform.

If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 bbd baji's Rights

bbd baji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• A breach of these terms.
• False or incomplete information has been provided.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• Suspicious or irregular activity is observed on the account.
• Self-exclusion at the member's own request.

9.2 Member's Rights

A member may contact the bbd baji support team at any time to close their account. An opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before the account is closed, unless the balance has been forfeited due to a rule violation.

10 Data Protection and Privacy

bbd baji's detailed policy on the collection, storage, and use of members' personal information is published separately on the Privacy Policy page. By becoming a member, the member also gives consent to that policy.

bbd baji uses SSL encryption and other security measures to keep members' personal and financial information safe. Members' personal information is not shared with third parties, except where required by law.

11 Limitation of Liability

bbd baji will not be liable for losses arising from the following situations:

• Any loss caused by internet connectivity issues or the member's own device.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters, war, cyber attacks, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
• Loss suffered as a result of the member sharing their account details with others.
• Software faults or issues caused by a third-party game provider.

In any situation, bbd baji's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

12 Dispute Resolution and Contact

12.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute or complaint, members are asked to first contact the bbd baji customer support team. The support team will respond within 24 to 72 hours of being contacted. If the issue is not resolved at the initial stage, the matter will be reviewed by bbd baji's compliance team.

12.3 Applicable Law
